2. Nature of Our Services
Teacher Sarathi is a private education admission consultancy. We provide information, counselling and admission facilitation for teacher education programs — D.El.Ed, B.Ed, 4-Year ITEP and M.Ed — offered by NCTE-recognised institutions affiliated to recognised universities across India.
3. No Guarantee of Admission or Employment
- Admission to any program is subject to your eligibility, availability of seats, entrance requirements (where applicable), and the rules of the concerned institution and university. We facilitate the process; the admission decision rests solely with the institution;
- Completion of any course does not by itself guarantee employment. Eligibility for teacher recruitment (state or central) is determined by the official notifications of the concerned recruitment authority in force at the time of recruitment;
- Any information we provide about recruitment eligibility is general guidance based on rules as understood at the time, and students should verify current official notifications before making decisions.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide true, accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Admissions obtained on false information/documents can be cancelled by the institution, for which we bear no responsibility;
- Verify program details, fees, recognition status and refund rules of the concerned institution before making payments;
- Make institutional payments only through official channels and always collect proper receipts;
- Use the website lawfully and refrain from any attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse it.
5. Consent to Communication
We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize Teacher Sarathi to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.
6. Fees & Payments
Our counselling is free of charge. Any service/facilitation charge, where applicable, will be communicated in advance in writing with a receipt on payment. Institutional fees are payable directly to the concerned institution and are governed by its rules. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Accuracy of Information
We make sincere efforts to keep information on this website (programs, eligibility, processes) accurate and updated. However, education regulations, university norms and institutional details change from time to time. Information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal or professional advice. The final authority is always the official documentation of the concerned institution, university or regulator.
8. Intellectual Property
